Wonderful

Very clean, comfortable room, with modern bathroom facilities, well insulated from central city piazza noise, effective aircon and reception team helpful. Grazie bene.

It took a bit of work finding both from outside and inside, but this more owing to our late-ish arrival and we were not bright with understanding maps and directions!

Great location, great staff!

Poor hygiene, there was a locked door in the room which is connecting the room to another guest’s room. So, you feel like you are in the same room eith those people because every noise can be heard from there.

The room was clean, big, and comfortable. There were a lot of restaurants and shops near by.

The directions for checking in weren’t clear. The main desk was not in the same section of the building as the boutique hotel. Once we figured it out everything was fine.

Unique boutique hotel in a great location for accessing a variety of sites.

The decor in the hotel is very unique with all the artwork and the room was an OK size. A fridge in the room would have been nice to have and some complementary water. Great location for walking to a variety of sites. Reception clerk very friendly and helpful.

The registration process is complicated, having to go to one level, using one elevator, to register and then go back to the ground level to take a different elevator to access the floor where the rooms are located.

Good hotel and the room a bit noisy

The location and the fact that the hotel was in an imposing building and the room was cleaned every day. It is also relatively close to the tourist harbour and to many of the main attractions of Naples.

I was noisy, especially on Saturday night. At the ground floor of the building is a traditional restaurant that is very poular. Every day and every evening there was a large crowd in front of the restaurant and it got quite noisy sometimes. Also, at the check out the guy at the reception desk told me initially that we have to pay the breakfast for a day. I told him that we had no breakfast at the hotel, he checked againg and every thing was ok in the end. But he gave me some emotions.

hotel is in the heart of the old town

Its very good location-20 min waalk to marina and 20 min walk to main train station,many restaurants on the doorstep and loads to see in close proximity of hotel

our room was cold as we went in february,we had ac on 30 degrees but didnt make any difference,we had to request blanket on one night as it was so cold

GOOD BUT NO EXCELLENT!

The hotel is located in an extremely busy and well-known location in Naples. The room is large and comfortable, and it is strange that such a small bathroom comes with such a large room. There was a problem with the Internet, which was solved only after two days, after several of my interventions. The Internet did not work in the evening hours, and the repairs did not come until the next day (when we were all out of the hotel). It is pleasant to have breakfast in the gallery area, but I did not like that I had to change the wing of the building with two elevators to get there. I don't believe that I will take "boutique" type hotels anymore precisely because of the impossibility of solving the problem immediately.

Fine hotel in a good location. Basic, clean, and good breakfast.

Great breakfast. The staff at breakfast was great. The location could not be beat. Easy metro access and so walkable to everything. Even a taxi rank outside the hotel.

The WiFi was bad— don’t expect to be able to work here. The room was basic and decent. It had a lot of mosquitoes for some reason. I ended up with a lot of mosquito bites throughout my stay.
